Perform month-end close, prepare financial statement analyses, reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, and review GL transactions. Drive process improvements and automation, assist internal/external auditors, and support ad hoc accounting projects while standardizing procedures.

Lead development of Enova's ALM capabilities, forecast balance sheet and interest expense, analyze interest rate and liquidity risk, build dynamic models, support regulatory capital/liquidity reporting, integrate deposit funding strategies, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
