Build time-series, panel, regime-switching, state-space and Bayesian MCMC models; aggregate Morningstar fundamentals; perform backtests and risk decompositions; model cross-asset interactions and latent variables; and communicate results across the firm.

Lead investment product research, development, and rationalization. Provide market and competitor analysis, product positioning, performance attribution insights, and recommendations for new products or market entry. Collaborate with product managers, sales, marketing, and distribution to support launches, RFP responses, and promotional efforts. Own 3-4 initiatives, drive projects to completion, ensure data integrity of product records, and produce client-facing materials and governance-ready research to inform strategic decisions.

Analyze and monitor CMBS transactions and underlying commercial real estate collateral; run surveillance reviews; prepare rating committee packages, present recommendations, and draft press releases and rating letters; assist with CRE CLO loan analysis and occasional site inspections. Travel 5-10%.

Lead monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and SOX compliance. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, support audits, prepare financial analyses, and drive process automation and AI-enhancements. Support M&A purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration while partnering cross-functionally to implement new tools and improve financial controls.
