Support the Director of Operational Risk by conducting IT and security risk assessments, maintaining risk inventories, generating Archer reports, coordinating with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit, communicating results to governance, and enhancing ORM methodologies and automation.

Support pricing, market-data integrity, and margin/haircut programs for cleared products. Analyze valuations, reconcile model outputs, manage vendor data, administer SEC/CFTC margin programs, lead process improvements, support system development, and serve as SME for regulatory programs while mentoring junior staff and interacting with Clearing Members and regulators.

Maintain integrity of price data and support SEC/CFTC margin and haircut programs (RBH/CPM, OFRA/SPAN). Reconcile valuations, monitor intraday markets, evaluate market data vendors, set risk parameters, support clearing members and regulatory inquiries, conduct risk analytics and studies, coordinate system enhancements, document procedures, and train new team members. Occasional travel required.

Lead and execute governance, risk, and compliance activities including remediation management, change management, exam management, policy governance, and reporting. Collaborate with second/third lines of defense and external partners, track remediation lifecycle and metrics, maintain GRC tool documentation, identify process optimization opportunities, and mentor junior team members to strengthen control infrastructure and regulatory readiness.

Support the regulatory compliance team by maintaining policies, controls, and processes; advise business units on regulatory obligations; drive remediation of findings; support compliance monitoring, reporting to leadership and the Board, exam preparation, and training. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and strengthen compliance frameworks across the organization.
