Lead international segment monthly and quarterly consolidation across ~30 countries, ensuring U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, SOX controls, intercompany accounting, and consolidated SEC schedules. Manage and mentor regional and offshore accounting resources, support M&A purchase accounting and integrations, coordinate internal/external audit requests, and drive process and technology improvements for the global accounting function.

Manage and support ASC 740 income tax provision and quarterly reporting, prepare and review tax journal entries and FIN48 documentation, ensure SOX 404 compliance, perform complex tax calculations (depreciation, stock compensation, R&D credits, Section 174, 163(j)), liaise with third-party tax providers on returns, research tax legislation impacts, support tax forecasting, audits, M&A tax analysis, and contribute to development of a global tax operating model.

Lead global Invoice-to-Cash strategy and operations, standardizing billing, collections, cash application, credit, and dispute management. Drive process governance, automation, vendor management, KPIs, and cross-functional change management while partnering with Finance, Sales, Technology, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services. Build and develop a high-performing global team and oversee transformation initiatives to improve accuracy, reduce costs, and scale operations.
