Leads TransUnion’s global indirect tax strategy, governance, compliance, audits, risk management, and technology transformation across more than 30 countries. Oversees VAT, GST, sales and use tax, digital services tax, external advisors, co-sourced providers, and tax technology initiatives. Partners with Finance, Legal, Technology, Procurement, and business leaders on taxability, acquisitions, restructuring, and market expansion while developing global policies, controls, and compliance processes. Manages and mentors indirect tax professionals and serves as the company’s primary technical authority.

Supports financial planning and analysis for Global Fraud Solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. Partners with business leaders and Accounting to explain performance, improve forecast accuracy, support close activities, and inform investment decisions. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and special projects while working in a hybrid office environment.

Supports TransUnion’s operational risk and control assurance program by developing testing methodologies, evaluating control design and effectiveness, identifying gaps, investigating incidents, assessing policy compliance, documenting findings, and recommending remediation. The role analyzes risk and control data, presents results to stakeholders and leadership, and collaborates across the business to strengthen enterprise risk management and control culture.

Leads TransUnion’s global deal execution and pricing function across U.S. and international markets. Oversees a distributed team of 15+ associates, pricing governance, deal structuring, bid and deal desk processes, price increase initiatives, and commercial performance measurement. Partners with Sales, Finance, Solutions, regional leaders, and executives to improve revenue growth, retention, profitability, win rates, and pricing effectiveness. Develops scalable pricing frameworks, toolkits, KPIs, and best practices while driving organizational alignment and continuous improvement.

Supports international income tax provision, compliance, transfer pricing, forecasting, tax disclosures, and cross-border planning across global operations. Prepares ASC 740 calculations, tax workpapers, reporting schedules, and financial analyses; researches tax legislation; coordinates with subsidiaries and external advisors; and supports structuring, acquisition due diligence, and international tax initiatives. The role requires collaboration with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Lead international segment monthly and quarterly consolidation across ~30 countries, ensuring U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, SOX controls, intercompany accounting, and consolidated SEC schedules. Manage and mentor regional and offshore accounting resources, support M&A purchase accounting and integrations, coordinate internal/external audit requests, and drive process and technology improvements for the global accounting function.
