The Senior Accountant will apply accounting principles to analyze vendor-funded incentives, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and support cross-functional business decisions while preparing financial reports and resolving discrepancies.

The Direct Tax Manager oversees tax compliance, reporting, and forecasting, leads a team, and collaborates with senior leadership to drive tax strategy and reduce tax burden.

Calculate and validate sales commissions, process automated and manual adjustments, respond to sales/finance inquiries, generate reporting and commission statements, support monthly/quarterly closes, perform reconciliations and UAT, and monitor accounting/system controls.
