The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Manage and validate payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments; interpret multi-state payroll tax laws; support audits and SOX compliance; produce tax reports; handle escalated payroll inquiries; maintain documentation, controls, vendor relationships, and lead payroll-related projects and year-end tax processing.

Lead Capital Markets product development by partnering with business lines, coordinating cross-functional launches, educating investors, negotiating term sheets, modeling product economics, and ensuring scalable infrastructure and reporting. Manage investor pipelines, validate readiness for regulatory and investor reporting, oversee execution and post-launch performance, and build repeatable frameworks to streamline future product development.

Support accounting for crypto activity including subledger review, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, variance analysis, control execution, audit support, process documentation, and cross-functional reporting.

Evaluate and optimize portfolio management policies, ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to risk appetite, provide data-driven challenge to first line, and communicate findings to management.
