Lead fundamental equity research for assigned sectors, generate high-conviction investment ideas, and partner with portfolio managers to influence portfolio construction. Analyze company and industry fundamentals, screen securities, present written and verbal recommendations, attend meetings and conferences, and cover 20–40 securities while supporting client and prospect presentations.

The role involves business development and asset origination in agribusiness lending, managing relationships and loan structuring, as well as collaborating with credit analysts and loan closing teams.
