Underwrite, originate, and manage a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio. Analyze properties, sponsors, markets, collateral, and transactions; recommend approvals, modifications, and risk actions; present to credit committees; oversee loan closings, construction draws, and portfolio reviews; support client relationships and process improvements. The role also involves site visits, compliance coordination, and collaboration with bankers, counsel, and closing teams.

Performs end-to-end servicing for moderately complex commercial, asset-based, and syndicated loans. Responsibilities include transaction processing, loan and account maintenance, interest and fee calculations, reconciliations, settlements, accruals, payoffs, risk resolution, quality reviews, regulatory compliance, and portfolio administration. Partners with clients and internal teams, supports process improvements and system testing, and provides guidance to less experienced representatives.
