Oversee and enforce the firm's AML program through transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions and watchlist investigations, suspicious activity analysis, regulatory reporting, and policy development. The role maintains surveillance and internal controls, supports compliance reporting to regulators, investigates financial crime risks, collaborates with stakeholders, and provides compliance guidance. It requires knowledge of U.S. BSA/AML regulations and experience with case workflow systems.

Supports brokerage customers and internal teams with trade-related assistance, including trade allocations, special bookings, FX trades, treasury processing, platform setup, trade-break resolution, commission adjustments, contract expiration monitoring, and end-of-day checks. The role provides real-time customer troubleshooting, collaborates with Risk, Finance, Account Management, and Customer Support, and requires accurate multitasking across weekend and overnight operations.
