Serves as the subject matter expert for FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCM, reporting, and related modules; supports month-end close, metadata, hierarchies, master data, testing, troubleshooting, governance, documentation, user access reviews, and audit requirements. Partners with finance leaders, IT, and external providers to gather requirements, resolve issues, implement enhancements, and drive automation and process standardization.

Leads the global lease accounting function across more than 100 legal entities, overseeing ASC 842 compliance, lease transactions, close activities, reporting, controls, audits, and technical accounting. Partners with Real Estate, Legal, Procurement, FP&A, and regional finance teams; manages lease systems and governance; drives process improvements and automation; and leads, mentors, and serves as an escalation point for lease accounting professionals.

Lead global revenue accounting ensuring ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance; manage monthly/quarterly revenue close, SOX 404 controls, contract review, process governance, team development, and support external audits and cross-functional training.

Responsible for rebate and revenue accounting including recording and reconciling monthly rebate accruals, reviewing customer contracts for rebate compliance, preparing analyses and reconciliations, supporting audits, and advising on accounting policies. Maintain knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and rebate accounting, develop process improvements, and communicate findings to management and external parties.
