Own multi-state payroll cycles end to end, including timecard review, payroll processing, retroactive pay, employee changes, compliance, funding, and post-payroll reconciliation. Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll liabilities and benefits to the general ledger, manage accruals and audit support, and resolve variances. The role also documents procedures, improves payroll workflows through automation, and supports scalable payroll operations across multiple entities, worker classifications, and program-funded activities.
