Entry-level FP&A role supporting the Moen brand: prepare financial reports and models, perform variance analysis, consolidate cross-functional data, support monthly business reviews and AOP modeling, deliver ad hoc reporting, and identify process improvements.

Lead monthly close, P&L and balance sheet reviews, internal controls and SOX 404 compliance, manage external audits, and oversee a small accounting team for the Water business unit.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and IT audits including planning, control and substantive testing, data analytics, SOX/ICFR testing, drafting findings and recommendations, mentoring staff, coordinating with external auditors, and supporting process risk assessments and special projects.

Lead and manage external SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q), technical accounting, and Oracle FCCS consolidation. Oversee disclosure preparation, acquisition/divestiture accounting, goodwill and asset testing, SOX controls, and coordination with auditors, actuaries, and Investor Relations. Research GAAP/SEC developments, implement new pronouncements, develop accounting policies, and supervise direct reports while supporting strategic projects and internal reporting deliverables.

Execute financial, operational, and IT audit procedures including walkthroughs, control and substantive testing, basic data analytics, SOX/ICFR support, and documented workpapers. Collaborate with audit leadership on findings, participate in closing meetings, and produce concise, evidence-based issue statements and recommendations. Maintain IIA standards, assist with QAIP activities, and support special projects. Travel up to 25% as required.

Partner with Moen Retail sales and product leaders to manage P&L, gross-to-net calculations (GAAP), forecasting, budgeting, commission and sales reporting. Provide financial analysis, variance explanations, strategic planning, and cross-functional support to drive profitable growth and process improvements. Prepare monthly/quarterly presentations and evaluate new business opportunities.

The Lead Analyst will lead revenue growth management analytics, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and establish processes for pricing and promotions.
