Lead development and execution of the credit union's fair and responsible banking program (fair lending, SCRA, MLA, HMDA, ADA, CRA). Perform risk assessments, monitoring, sampling, and regulatory exam coordination. Advise business partners on risk mitigation, track corrective actions, prepare executive and board reporting, and manage a team including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Lead the centralized first-line operational risk and governance function, owning RCSA, issue management, third-party risk oversight, complaints governance, and quality assurance. Partner with enterprise risk, compliance, legal, and audit to embed risk management into operations, support regulatory exams, deliver risk reporting to senior leadership, and coach and manage the risk team to meet objectives and regulatory expectations.

Hybrid, second-line Model Risk role performing independent validations of statistical and AI models across credit, ALM, finance, underwriting and related areas. Assess data, conceptual soundness, performance, implementation and governance; prepare validation reports; support AI onboarding, remediation, vendor reviews, inventory maintenance and model risk governance.

Review, prepare, and reconcile documentation for closing, funding, and sale of first mortgage loans (routine to complex). Prepare closing instructions, verify funding/wires, clear documentation issues with third-party partners, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, maintain files and reporting, and communicate status with loan officers, title companies, borrowers, and cross-functional teams.
