Lead and execute commercial credit review activities including transactional testing, targeted reviews, portfolio analysis, and risk identification. Design assurance framework for Brex integration, communicate findings to executives and regulators, identify policy/process gaps, and partner cross-functionally to drive remediation, monitoring, and special projects.

Perform FP&A for International Markets and US Third Party Issuers: manage monthly forecasting and budgeting, produce variance analysis and management reporting, build presentations for leadership, provide financial guidance and KPI tracking, support ad-hoc analysis and special projects, and partner with stakeholders to influence decisions and improve FP&A processes.

Lead and execute commercial credit review activities including transactional testing, portfolio analysis, and targeted reviews. Identify gaps, emerging risks, and policy/process issues; communicate findings to executives and regulators; build cross‑functional relationships; support monitoring plans, business assessment reports, and special projects.

Partner with business lines to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise and operational risks. Provide risk consulting, develop stakeholder relationships, document reporting requirements, align processes to Capital One frameworks, draft policies and procedures, build tools and presentations, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, and Regulator Relations to implement risk controls.

Serve as a front-line risk consultant partnering with business units to identify, document, and mitigate operational and enterprise risks.
