Lead ZS’s global tax function, overseeing tax compliance, transfer pricing, sales and indirect taxes, audits, nexus studies, tax risk, and efficiency opportunities. Support acquisitions through tax due diligence and integration, improve global tax processes and systems, and ensure policy adherence. The role partners with external advisors and internal stakeholders, drives process reengineering and change adoption, and mentors controllership team members.

Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior leaders, driving forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, pricing and deal support, P&L and margin analysis, management reporting, and financial controls. Mentor junior staff, support month/quarter/year close activities, partner cross-functionally on procurement and investments, and continuously improve finance tools and processes to influence commercial decisions and ensure financial hygiene.

Drive Executive Partnership and Strategic Initiatives within Corporate FP&A by providing executive decision support, leading strategic initiatives, financially enabling AI, and mobilizing cross-functional teams.
