Overseeing Cisco’s wireless and systems manager portfolios, Jayanthi Srinivasan said her role comes with challenges — and with that comes fulfillment. “The variety keeps me both challenged and learning at all times,” Srinivasan said. Currently, one big opportunity comes in the shape of developing a team that bridges wireless cloud and non-cloud products. For Srinivasan, breaking that new ground is professionally thrilling. “This is a huge opportunity to make an enormous impact on the industry as well as the customers,” she said.

Mary Piontkowski’s team helps shape Meraki products, but they also find time for bonding activities like speed networking and employee spotlight presentations.
