Inside Home Chef

In the summer of 2020, Home Chef took action amidst the civil unrest that swept the country. The meal solution provider formed a diversity, equity and inclusion council and hired a DEI director. Since then, team members have participated in DEI trainings, workshops and listening sessions. “There’s been tremendous growth,” Nicolette C, a software engineer, said. “It’s given everyone a chance to learn and talk about a variety of topics they may have been unfamiliar with.”
