A daring and innovative mindset is precisely how Clint Jones and Brandon Cruz started Norvax nearly 10 years ago by leveraging credit cards. Since then, the company has seen exponential growth, mostly due to the co-founders ability to identify a market/client need and solve it. Having flown mostly under the radar as a bootstrapped company, Clint and Brandon are ready to share their story.
Today, the focus remains on two core products: Norvax (great technology: everything from lead-generating websites to back-end automation tools to help insurance agents become top producers.) and GoHealthInsurance.com (great marketing: a consumer resource for obtaining health insurance information). Currently the Norvax/GoHealthInsurance.com products service 15,000 agents, 125 insurance carriers and 3 Million consumers nationwide on an annual basis. With a client list which includes some of the biggest names in Health Insurance (Aetna, United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield and Cigna (among others)) plus sweeping healthcare reform in the U.S., the growth potential keeps rising.
Now let's talk about the best part-the culture. Sitting down in their shared office, these two college friends show no sign of slowing down. Their passion for building the business and culture is unwavering. Whether it is an innovation overnight challenge to all employees, a day on the boat, monthly company outings or sales contests, Clint and Brandon believe firmly in the work hard, play hard mentality.
