50% company match of up to 6% of Flyer 401(k) contributions.

Our adoption assistance program offers Flyers reimbursement up to $5,000 per child once adoption is final.

We celebrate our heritage at an annual Anniversary Backyard BBQ. Flyers and their families enjoy a pig roast, fun nostalgic games, and of course, Radio Flyer products for littles ones to ride!

Family medical leave

Generous parental leave

Flyers can take up to 16 weeks of parental leave and up to 4 weeks of transition time for parents returning to work following leave on a reduced schedule.

Free daily meals

Radio Flyer has our very own Farmer's Fridge onsite and Flyers recieve a free $5 daily credit to use at the fridge. This covers most, if not all of the cost of healthy breakfasts, salads, and snacks!

Our Social Committee creates Social Hour events throughout the year, often with fun themes like Wine Wednesday and BYOB (bring your own boardgame). Our backyard is the perfect spot to socialize!

Our Wellness Committee sponsors intramural leagues such as softball and kickball, and Flyers can use their annuall Wellness Reimbursement for Radio Flyer to cover 50% of the cost to participate.

Job training & conferences

Our professional development program, Wagon U, includes a robust curriculum for new Flyers, emerging managers, and leaders. We foster growth through all-company trainings annually and include interns.

Mentorship program

New Flyers are paired with a Welcome Buddy who takes them under their wing as they launch their career with us. In addition, managers serve as mentors and support their teams' growth.

Radio Flyer hosts Lunch & Learns led by our 9 Committees. We also host 3 Community Conversations annually focusing on diversity-related topics or groups.

Tuition reimbursement

Radio Flyer offers $5,250 of tuition reimbursement annually for Flyers participating in a college or university program or professional certification program.

As part of Radio Flyer's professional development program, Wagon U, all Flyers and Interns complete an Awareness & Appreciation of Differences course to recognize unconscious bias and microagressions.

Every Flyer can choose from 3 medical insurance plans including a FREE option. We offer a zero-cost HMO coverage plan 100% paid by Radio Flyer. We also offer PPO and HSA options.

Radio Flyer offers annual vacation time that increases with years of service. Flyers may also purchase additional vacation days up to 5 days annually for additonal time off.

Paid volunteer time

Radio Flyer offers 3 days of paid time off to Volunteer each year. Our Smile Squad Committee creates monthly Smile Days for Flyers to sign up and volunteer with organizations across Chicagoland.
