Listen up, ladies. Trunk Club just let loose a major secret on what it’s been working on.
The Chicago-based company, which sends men a monthly box of chic outfit options curated by a personalized stylist, announced today it has plans to expand its service to women’s clothes with Trunk Club for Women.
While the service won’t be available to most shoppers until a scheduled launch this fall, women can still sign up with their email addresses if they want to participate in early trials. Participants will have the option to schedule a consultation with a stylist who will handpick a mini-wardrobe based on the customer’s current style, size, and preferences. Customers can then receive their trunk shipment over mail or opt to pick up their personalized package at a clubhouse in their city (Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, or Washington D.C.).
After recieving the package and trying on Trunk Club's suggestions, customers can pick and choose which items they want to pay to keep. They can return any unwanted items free of charge, as long as they're returned within 10 days, just like the established system for the comapany's men’s service.
Rather than wait for a monthly package, customers can also request new clothes at their convenience — and with no additional cost — which means shoppers can request a new package whenever they're in the mood for a fashion-forward makeover. Plus, there’s no rolling subscription.
Trunk Club for Women will offer brands like Theory, Vince, DVF, Joie, and Equipment (among others) at retail prices and high-quality, courtesy of the company’s relationship with Nordstrom.
