OTHER Studio is seeking creative professionals to share our large, beautiful, sunny office space in northeast Humboldt Park. $300/month per person, including 24-hour access, all utilities incl, and wireless internet. We are asking for a renewable 3-month commitment, and the space is available starting January 1st. If you are a small company or partnership, we can accomodate a small group as well.
Studio is a classic 850 square-foot brick and timber loft with modern upgrades, featuring large windows and a beautiful park view. Studio is steps away from the Bloomingdale trail as well as bus lines on California and North Avenue, and is surrounded by ample street parking.
Studiomates would be entitled to space for a large desk or table, access to some storage for art and office supplies, and use of common areas including an area for product photography and smaller video shoots. Building has bike storage, bathrooms, and is populated with a warm and diverse group of artists and creatives working in various disciplines.
A great fit would likely be a freelancer working in art, design, writing, filmmaking, video (producing, directing, animation, editing, color, etc), music, advertising, programming, marketing or another creative field. We are open to people in other types of work as well if you think you would vibe well with our creative space.

- Hours you would expect to use the office (9-5ish on weekdays? Evenings and weekends? A few days a week here and there?)
- When do you want to start and how long would you like to commit? Our preference for an initial commitment is January1st- March 31st.
- Equipment of yours that you would be using/ storing in the office.
- Supplies needed or other requests (desk, chair, printer access, etc). We can discuss these on a case by case basis and figure out what works.
- A couple examples of music you love, music you can't stand, and your preferences regarding workplace music/ conversation in general.
- Anything else you'd like us to know, or additional questions.
