Less simply put, SmartLine is a customer engagement and marketing iPad application that replaces traditional pen and paper and buzzer systems for restaurants. The application allows restaurants to manage their walk-in guests and to engage and bring back customers. Customers can join and monitor wait lines remotely as well as buy and sell (swap) positions in line, which has resulted in increased table turnover and higher profits for restaurants. Our current market includes full-service restaurants with wait times that are over 30 minutes at least twice a week. SmartLine, which can be found in the App Store, is currently being used in 87 restaurants, primarily in the tri-state area. Last month, our application was used to seat 100,000 restaurant-going parties. We're making the world a better place, one line at a time.

SmartLine is a customer engagement and marketing application that replaces pen and paper and buzzer systems for restaurants. It allows restaurants to manage walk-in guests, engage and bring back customers. It allows customers to join and monitor wait lines remotely as well as to buy and sell (swap) positions in line. Across the board, this has resulted in increased table turnover and higher profits for restaurants. We have recently beta-launched one feature of a "time-trading" platform in which consumers can donate to charities to skip the waitline entirely. This feature proved hugely successful. SmartLine technology could also potentially be used in a variety of other establishments that utilize queuing systems such as airports, concert venues, sporting arenas, amusement parks as well as to remedy infrastructural inefficiencies like traffic jams and public transport delays.
