The Inside Sales Engineer Associate supports Account Managers in strategizing technical solutions for enterprise accounts, develops relationships, and aids sales initiatives.

Support sales by delivering product demos, driving technical evaluations, troubleshooting customer issues, mapping business problems to technical solutions, and coordinating with engineering. Represent the product at events, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage complex technical engagements to prove Harness value.

Partner with Account Executives to handle the technical side of sales: deliver personalized demos, answer technical questions, manage PoCs, build relationships with product and engineering teams, and optionally create documentation or integration prototypes.
