Uses SQL, Tableau, R Studio, SAS, and integration tools to validate data, perform statistical modeling, document APIs and workflows, identify process gaps, and produce dashboards supporting operational improvements.

Designs and maintains OCC’s cloud analytics data warehouse, ETL pipelines, data models, ingestion frameworks, and supporting infrastructure. Uses AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Python, SQL, Docker, CI tools, Vault, and workflow orchestrators. Responsibilities include warehouse optimization, access controls, testing, documentation, data governance, analyst support, self-service enablement, and training. Collaborates with data platform, DBA, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, business-oriented datasets.

Design and implement quality metrics and ETL pipelines for reporting.
