Provide legal counsel and lead day-to-day support for global M&A and venture transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, closings, integration, and managing venture investments and portfolio company governance. Supervise internal and external counsel, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support complex, cross-border deal execution and lifecycle matters.
