Provides senior legal counsel on public company reporting, securities law, corporate governance, SEC filings, Board and committee matters, M&A, financings, restructurings, and strategic transactions. Advises executives and directors, manages governance processes, coordinates cross-functional compliance initiatives, oversees outside counsel, and translates complex legal risks into practical business guidance.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as a procurement legal expert, review agreements, conduct vendor risk evaluations, and draft policies and templates.
