The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as a procurement legal expert, review agreements, conduct vendor risk evaluations, and draft policies and templates.

Provide legal support for sourcing and sales by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and customer agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, order forms). Advise on commercial terms, develop templates and playbooks, implement CLM and sourcing processes, train stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to manage risk and ensure contract governance and execution.

Provide end-to-end legal support for global corporate real estate, leasing, facilities operations, and construction/capital projects. Draft, negotiate and manage leases, purchase agreements, construction and equipment contracts; coordinate due diligence, local counsel, dispute resolution, and contract administration; develop templates, playbooks, and guide outside counsel to streamline processes and mitigate risk.
