Corporate Counsel will support senior legal counsel by advising Revenue and Operations teams, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assessing compliance and risk, developing legal strategies, coordinating disputes, managing outside counsel, and adopting AI tools to improve legal workflows. The role requires strong transactional expertise, legal writing, practical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
