Oversee and run the U.S. compliance program for Morningstar Wealth, Retirement, and Research. Design and implement policies, manage regulatory filings and examinations, advise business units on regulatory matters, lead and mentor the U.S. compliance team, manage regulator and client relationships, deliver training, and ensure compliance with Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, and ERISA.
