Supports OCC’s Legal department through ad hoc projects, legal research, analysis, writing, and presentation development. The intern may work on regulatory, commercial, litigation, and corporate governance matters while assisting attorneys with legal processes and advice for OCC stakeholders. This is a 12-week seasonal summer internship for currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, specifically law students who have completed one or two years of law school.

Supports the Legal department with regulatory filings, legal memoranda, governance meeting documentation, confidentiality and FOIA requests, legal research, records management, and compliance tracking. Coordinates with attorneys, management, internal stakeholders, regulators, and outside counsel while maintaining confidential legal records and databases. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, research, and multitasking skills, with preferred experience in regulatory filings, legal departments, project management tools, and paralegal work.
