Manage CDW's global Ethics & Compliance program, oversee investigations, implement AI solutions, conduct risk assessments, and promote compliance training across the organization.

Provide proactive legal counsel on commercial and technology-related transactions. Lead negotiations, draft and review agreements (MSAs, licensing, cloud, NDAs), conduct due diligence, manage outside counsel, advise internal stakeholders, mitigate legal risk, and support IP-related matters while developing standardized documents and process improvements.
