Establish and lead YCharts' in-house legal function, advising executives on corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment, and privacy matters. Draft and negotiate customer/vendor agreements, design scalable legal processes and playbooks, collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance (SOC 2, CCPA, DORA), manage outside counsel, and support strategic transactions while leveraging AI to scale the function.
