The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming sales inquiries from pet parents, optimizing leads and providing excellent customer service to drive new pet insurance policy sales.

Drive new sales and growth for General Agents, Third-Party Administrators, Associations, Unions, and Trusts. Build and maintain intermediary relationships, create regional growth plans, execute sales strategies, coordinate stewardship meetings, and partner with internal sales, service, implementation, and underwriting teams. Support national events and travel as needed.

The Sales Director will drive new business sales, manage relationships with intermediaries, and develop strategic plans to maximize client success in the Stable Value market.
