Manage and grow a designated VIP player base by retaining and reactivating high-value players. Build consultative relationships, conduct high-volume outreach (125+ contacts/day), analyze engagement and campaign performance, collaborate with studios on features and promotions, drive revenue and reactivation goals, and produce presentations and RFPs to support VIP-driven initiatives.
