Lead and develop a field sales team of up to 15 representatives to grow financial performance across a $15M–$20M territory. Hire, coach, onboard, and counsel FARs; build customer and internal partner relationships; analyze financials and sales data to meet targets; deliver business-focused presentations and manage performance. Requires significant travel and a valid driver’s license.

Drive new business development across an assigned geographic territory (automotive market). Use consultative selling to meet revenue goals, develop strategic account plans, maintain customer relationships and accurate account records, collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and support teams, manage budgets and reports, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
