The Director of ABL Portfolio Management manages a complex portfolio of Asset Based Lending clients, focusing on credit risk, customer relationships, and strategic portfolio management.

Drive new profitable Treasury Management business within Metals, Materials, and Construction sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage client visits and proposals, collaborate with relationship managers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage risk and client knowledge to expand existing and prospect portfolios.

Lead and perform complex AML/financial-crimes analyses, identify and mitigate risk, support policy and process improvements, manage projects and team activities, and ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC/CIP and regulatory requirements. Acts as subject-matter expert, provides analytical support to business partners, and may supervise and coach staff.

Lead strategy, growth, and governance for the Collective Investment Trust (CIT) platform. Own platform design, operations, systems, vendor relationships, compliance, and cross-functional alignment. Client-facing underwriting role focused on renewable energy project finance. Perform due diligence, build financial projection models, prepare underwriting memorandums, identify credit risks, coordinate with deal teams, and train Credit Analysts while ensuring compliance with credit policies.

The Credit Analyst II supports Portfolio Managers in credit underwriting and monitoring, performs financial analysis, and prepares risk assessments. Responsibilities include running models, verifying compliance, and reporting on portfolio health.

Manage credit risk for assigned business segments by reviewing and approving complex loans within delegated authority, challenging credit recommendations, monitoring portfolio quality, advising on policy and underwriting, and providing forward-looking analysis and remediation plans. May supervise staff and represent the bank in high-level customer interactions.

Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial crime risks (BSA/AML, OFAC, fraud). Conduct high-complexity alert reviews, update policies, recommend corrective actions, support testing and training, advise senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement across financial crimes programs.
