Lead the creation and scaling of an enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program: design governance, policies, risk assessments, monitoring, training, incident management, reporting to executives and the Audit Committee, and build a compliance team and tech stack across global manufacturing and distribution operations.

Provide support to Corporate Legal Department focusing on commercial contract review, drafting, negotiation, and workflow management. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage contract intake workflows while ensuring compliance and risk management.
