The Innovation Brand Manager will develop and implement brand growth strategies, manage marketing plans, and lead cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand equity for McCain's retail portfolio.

Lead development and execution of foodservice brand and portfolio strategies to drive profitable sales and market share growth. Partner cross-functionally (sales, insights, innovation, go-to-market) to commercialize innovation, manage assortment and SKU profitability, track P&L and KPIs, and deliver operating plans. Use consumer and customer insights to shape go-to-market plans, optimize portfolio health, and support IBP and marketing ROI measurement. Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and support execution to meet business objectives.
