Develop and optimize cloud-based data lakes and pipelines supporting analytics and machine learning. The Reporting Analyst delivers accurate, actionable reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Manage and interpret multiple data sources to deliver channel and customer intelligence, create and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze performance and market drivers, support product launches and commercial strategies using syndicated and customer data, and present actionable insights to Sales and Channel stakeholders to drive growth.

Administer and optimize P21/SQL databases, design logical and physical data models, manage SSRS reports and SSIS packages, ensure security, backups, and recovery, tune performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and document database procedures and policies.

Supports ETF market-making by configuring and validating trading logic, onboarding products, managing venue and market-data dependencies, and analyzing production trading and execution data. Builds execution-quality metrics, identifies configuration and data-quality issues, automates validation and monitoring, supports testing and deployments, and develops productivity tools. Partners with traders and technology teams to improve workflows, controls, and trading strategies.

Work with clients to build analytics and AI solutions, create data products and dashboards, apply statistical models, validate data with SQL, design analyses in R/Tableau/SAS/Visual Basic/Excel, guide teams, and communicate insights to drive business outcomes.

Design and implement quality metrics and ETL pipelines for reporting.
