Internal communication: Activities support continued success of Q4 OKR of “create employee communication plan including town halls, email newsletters and other communication as appropriate.
Write content for and send bi-weekly newsletter.
Build deck and coordinate logistics for bi-weekly standup.
Work with marketing/leadership team on content and logistics for quarterly town hall.
Consolidate feedback and questions from
internal communication activities.
Content creation: Activities support 2020 marketing objectives 1-3, including retaining and growing current customers.
Formatting marketing mailing databases and working with a variety of social media platforms.
Creating open house listing sheets via Guaranteed Rate’s marketing platform/technology.
Maintaining inventory of promotional materials and ordering new products when needed.
Production/Assembly: Print and assemble marketing start-up kits, binders and other physical materials.
Using Adobe Acrobat to combine report PDFs to custom coversheets.
Assist in the fulfillment of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, power points, e-mail marketing, and other collateral materials as needed.
Respond timely and accurately to team requests and special projects, both verbal and written.
Manage monthly fulfilment of closing client’s gifts.
Maintain social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) with industry relevant content
Develop co-marketing relationships with our referral sources
Organize CRM reports that help the team find potential deals.
Other duties as assigned.

Implement ETL processes for customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B test analyses. You need to be able to demonstrate skills in SQL and basic programming in at least one language such as Java, Python, C/C++.
Build highly personalized emails: you will work with a front-end developer, but must be familiar with basic HTML and CSS to collaborate and lead projects.
Tie it all together to build end to end CRM flows: start with ETL, build data pipelines upon identifying the right segmentation, and implement email personalization with your coding skills.
Automate data integration processes between 3rd party and internal systems.
Build tools, infrastructure, frameworks and services to automate currently manual tasks.
Work with the analyst to report on web and email metrics and make forecasts to identify highest impact opportunities. You need to be able to write SQL and set up A/B tests to accomplish this successfully.
