Own the operational health of enterprise integrations by monitoring data flows, triaging errors, performing RCAs, and driving automation and process improvements. Collaborate with IT, engineering, business teams, and vendors to prevent disruptions, recommend architectural changes, and implement AI-driven monitoring and self-healing strategies to ensure reliable integrations across ERP, WMS, CRM, finance, and support systems.

Lead planning and delivery of global ecommerce and digital transformation programs across D2C and B2B channels. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, multi-country platform migrations and integrations, and program governance while driving adoption of AI-driven tools and measurable outcomes. Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, change management, and executive reporting to support international expansion and improved customer experience.
