Leads operational project finance supporting clinical trials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, invoicing, earned value analysis, contract review, and financial reporting. Manages and mentors financial analysts, coordinates with finance teams and project leaders, supports month-end close, identifies scope and budget variances, and serves as the financial lead for client business reviews.

Develops proposals, RFI/RFP responses, capabilities presentations, pitch materials, case studies, and sales resources. The role also assists with project setup, expense and hours review, contract-based billing, employee and subcontractor tracking, and annual budgeting. This is a fully remote entry-level finance position requiring strong Excel skills, analytical ability, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Leads strategic business development across major life sciences accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative, account-based selling. Builds executive client relationships, identifies opportunities, manages sales cycles, negotiates pricing, coordinates cross-functional teams, and transitions work to service lines. Lead Marketing Operations to manage workflows, resource planning, project portfolio governance, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Oversee lifecycle of complex marketing projects, maintain dashboards and reporting, run prioritization and intake, and support event deliverables. Manage and mentor a team, drive cross-functional collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, efficient execution aligned with business objectives.
