Design, build, and maintain automation and IaC for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Automate identity, licensing, Teams/Exchange/SharePoint workflows using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell. Implement and operate Azure services, Entra ID, Windows Server, and ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategy, org design, workforce planning, talent and succession, and change leadership. Lead and scale infrastructure engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud, networking, compute, storage, backup, and monitoring solutions. Drive disciplined execution, operational handoffs, financial planning, and continuous improvement while partnering with security and business stakeholders to align infrastructure work to business outcomes.
