Handle inbound and outbound calls to current policyholders to explain and add additional life, accident, and health coverage; use the eService web system to assess eligibility, complete paperwork, correct errors, and assist with correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices. Provide timely, high-quality customer service, manage stressful interactions, participate in phone rotation, and work independently in a remote environment.

Leads regional insurance sales growth through territory expansion, broker and employer-group development, direct sales, and revenue accountability. Recruits and coaches distributed sales leaders and brokers, manages regional accounts, ensures licensing and regulatory compliance, and uses CRM and market analytics to track pipelines, forecast performance, allocate territories, and identify opportunities. The role requires significant regional travel while operating remotely.

Supports key insurance accounts by addressing production, recruiting, onboarding, appointment, activation, and portal issues. Tracks and communicates performance metrics, coaches agents on sales fundamentals, mentors recruiting leaders, and delivers webinars and in-person seminars. Partners with licensing, operations, technology, and compliance teams to resolve field issues, document solutions, and improve agent readiness and production. This is a remote role requiring travel for training, seminars, and meetings.

Deliver and implement Liberty National training systems across field agencies, schedule and conduct webinars/meetings, create training materials, mentor field supervisors/directors, monitor field performance, manage travel and expenses, and complete weekly field reports to drive adoption and efficiency.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone and email support to policyholders and agents: answer/return calls, resolve complaints, process requests, scan/index documents to OnBase, mail outgoing correspondence, monitor fraud trends, assist investigations, complete assigned projects, and participate in ongoing product/process training.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.
