Develop and maintain demand forecasts across a 24+ month planning horizon, incorporating sales, marketing, finance, customer, pricing, promotion, and market insights. Support monthly IBP and demand review processes, monitor forecast variances, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations. Maintain planning and ERP data, support product launches and lifecycle planning, coordinate with supply and customer operations teams, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, and data quality.

Resolves complex operational issues, oversees performance metrics, standardizes processes, improves responsiveness, and drives continuous improvement. The role also develops employees, establishes service standards, removes operational barriers, and strengthens customer experience and commercial execution.

Analyze and report on Order to Cash and customer integration data to improve service and reduce risk. Support acquisitions, ERP/WMS/TMS/EDI validations, develop dashboards and KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and partner cross-functionally to refine the enterprise O2C data model and drive process improvements.

Lead social content strategy and execution across organic and paid channels, write on-brand copy, manage community and influencer partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze digital KPIs, and optimize campaigns while overseeing basic photo/video production.
