Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for usage-based SaaS; own billing product (metering, invoicing, payments, refunds, usage visibility); steward accounts foundation (signup, identity, orgs, roles, security); run pricing experiments using analytics and customer insight; partner with Finance, Engineering, Design, and executives to prioritize and deliver revenue-impacting initiatives.

Own Netlify's self-serve funnel end-to-end to grow net-new self-serve ARR by improving activation, conversion, in-product expansion, and retention.
