Own and scale partnerships with health systems and providers, driving patient acquisition, activation, adoption, and engagement. Build relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders; embed the platform into clinical workflows; lead strategic initiatives; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Data teams. Expand pilots into system-wide deployments, identify growth opportunities, and improve outcomes through data-driven iteration.
