Manage workflows, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and revision cycles. Produce event coverage, patient stories, and brand features, often on-location. Maintain high creative quality, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while delivering portfolio-quality narrative video for healthcare-focused storytelling.

Build and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end test automation across UI, API, and integration layers. Author release validation documentation for GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Integrate quality gates in CI/CD, partner with engineers to shift testing left, and explore AI/LLM-assisted test generation and failure triage to scale coverage and reduce manual effort.

Lead and optimize global financial transactional operations (AP, AR, Revenue), drive ERP and automation initiatives, improve cash flow and controls, manage reporting and month-end, and build a high-performing financial operations team while partnering cross-functionally to align processes and support audits and forecasting.
