Own sourcing, scheduling, and candidate experience for technical and commercial roles. Build automations and tooling (AI agents, workflows, Ashby integrations) to increase top-of-funnel volume and reduce manual work. Run outbound sourcing, qualify candidates, hand off to the founding recruiter, and present pipeline health to hiring managers.
