Lead day-to-day client relationships and delivery for a portfolio of accounts—managing expectations, project documentation, cross-functional coordination, escalations, governance, and continuous improvement. Lead architecture and evolution of a scalable AWS data platform; design and build production-grade batch and near-real-time data pipelines; define data modeling, observability, and governance standards; implement IaC and CI/CD; enable governed data products; and provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring for data engineers and stakeholders.

Gather and validate end-to-end business requirements for CRM/ERP solutions, map processes, run sprint QA and UAT, support delivery and post-go-live adoption, prioritize intake, and drive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and customer experience.
