Perform financial due diligence analytics for buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements, including quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA normalization, and cash flow analysis. Build financial models, data pipelines, and visualizations using analytics technologies; automate diligence workflows; and communicate findings through reports and presentations. Manage workstreams, coordinate data requests, participate in management interviews, collaborate across functions, and coach junior staff while applying approved AI solutions.

Design multi-agent workflows, integrate LLMs and enterprise systems, develop APIs and containerized services, implement RAG and monitoring, and ensure audit-ready logging and controls. Collaborate directly with finance, IT, and data teams, demonstrate solutions to executives, develop reusable accelerators, create delivery methodologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead finance workstreams for private equity post-close integrations, including reporting, controllership, FP&A, treasury, finance technology integration, operating model design, KPI frameworks, synergy tracking, and value capture. Manage integration governance, Day 1 readiness, executive communications, client accounts, business development, and junior team development. Partner with sponsors, CFOs, and portfolio company executives across complex acquisition and buy-and-build strategies.
